On this day, a husband sang “The Power of the Cross” to his wife. Eggs were hidden

in a front yard by the big kids. Church crosses were covered in white flowers or wrapped in white cloth. A choir in white robes sang, "Up from the grave He arose."

A 93rd birthday was celebrated. Signs were put up about McLaurin Day.

There was an Easter art exhibit about Peeps, and dog collars hung on the rail at the Rainbow Bridge.

The sun set behind a tour bus on the highway. A car window read: I hope something good happens to you today.
