There was a story about cancer and chemo. A woman told her friend to get a colonoscopy. “I thought I was healthy and never got one, so

getting cancer is my fault. But it’s been three years, and I’m still here.”

The actors who played Napoleon, Pedro, and Uncle Rico in the movie “Napoleon Dynamite” took pictures as the bike scene was reenacted by two fans behind the Saenger Theater. A few minutes later, “Nerds rule” was shouted before “Napoleon Dynamite” played in the

Saenger. The actors talked with the audience when the movie was over.

“We made it 21 flipping years ago. It’s time to dust off some memories. We are the original fans of this movie. We probably love it

more than you do. For us, it’s every day of our lives. If we’re going to be stuck with a movie, this is a good one.”
